Painters who sweat
the invisible half
AR Interiors Decoration Inc is an owner-led painting and wallpaper company serving Orlando, Kissimmee & Central Florida. Alexander Rivera runs the crews, answers the phone, and stands behind every wall we finish.
A trade business, run like one
AR Interiors Decoration Inc started the way most good trade businesses do — one painter, a van, and a refusal to hand back work that was not right. Fifteen years later the crews are bigger and the calendar is fuller, but the standard has not moved.
We specialise in interior and exterior painting, wallpaper installation and removal, cabinet refinishing, and drywall repair. That focus is deliberate. We are not a general contractor who also paints; painting and wallcoverings are the whole business, which is why we know that a wallpaper primer matters more than the pattern and that an unwashed south-facing wall will reject any coating you put on it.
Central Florida makes that knowledge earn its keep. Intense UV, afternoon storms, humidity everywhere, and a rainy season that punishes anyone who rushes a second coat. The products and the prep we specify are chosen for those conditions specifically, not copied from a national playbook.
Practically, working with us means a free written estimate you can actually read, a start date we hold to, bilingual crews who protect your home while they work, and a walkthrough at the end where you sign off before we pack up. That is the entire pitch — and it is the reason most of our work comes from repeat clients and their neighbors.
Six habits behind every finish
None of these are glamorous. All of them are the reason a job still looks right three summers later.
Prep Before Paint
Cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming come first — always. It is the half of the job nobody sees and the half that decides how long the finish lasts.
The Right Product
Sun-baked walls, storm-driven rain, and kitchen grease all demand different systems. We specify by the surface in front of us, not by whatever is cheapest that week.
Dates We Keep
You get a start window and a finish date. If something shifts, you hear it from us first — never after a day spent waiting on a van that never arrived.
Written Pricing
Free, itemised, in writing. No pressure to sign on the spot and no add-ons discovered halfway through the job.
Bilingual Crews
Every team speaks English and Spanish, so nothing is lost between what you asked for and what actually gets painted.
A Clean Handover
Furniture back where it belongs, floors clear, hardware reinstalled, and a walkthrough in daylight before we call anything finished.
